Update ModeShape Tools To Obtain SLF4J Dependency From Target Platform

The ModeShape (MS) project has removed slf4j from their client JAR (see MODE-1472) which is used by ModeShape Tools (MS Tools). MS Tools needs to change the appropriate manifest in order to now get this dependency from the target platform. Also, the MS client JAR needs to be updated to MS 2.8.1.Final also.
