Remove ModeShape Client JAR From ModeShape Tools REST Plugin And Add Dependency To ModeShape Tools Client Plugin

The REST plugin no longer needs to include the ModeShape client JAR. A new, binary plugin, org.jboss.tools.modeshape.client, has been created and is the common way within ModeShape Tools to obtain the ModeShape client library.
