Console configuration should provide persistence unit names from required projects too

Test case:
1. Create jpa project project1
2. Create jpa project project2
3. project2->Properties->Java Build Path->Projects
4. add project1 as required.
5. Open project2 console configuration
6.=>> Browse persistent unit name from dialog: there is no "project2". Close dialog
7. Type "project2" as persistent unit name
8. Build console configuration with the settings

Persistent unit from referenced project should be shown in the dialog(step 6)
