Recognize EAP/WFK maven repositories and add them into ~/.m2/settings.xml

Not sure if this should be in runtime detection or better done as a quickfix on missing dependencies.

But being able to scan for/recognize local on disk maven repositories and provide a quickfix to change settings.xml to include the basic xml setup for having them enabled would be good.
