[7.1] Migration Guide - enhance the guide to cover various migration paths

      From Bilge:

      do we have a plan how to handle different migration paths in Migration guide? I assume that migration paths from 6.4 to 7.0 and 6.4 to 7.1 will differ due to e.g. Elytron changes, new Messaging (clients will need update) introduced in 7.1 (more changes could come up with future EAP releases 7.2, ...).

      7.0 to 7.1 should be covered as well.
