Topic about-migrations-and-upgrades.adoc is not very clear.

The Patching and Upgrading Guide talks more about the installation and upgrade procedures when going from one minor point release to another.

The Migration Guide talks about the impact of the changes when going from one release to another and how to modify your application so that it continues to run and behave as it did before.

It also sounds like we need to point to the Migration Guide for updates and Release Notes for known issues from the Patching and Upgrading Guide.
