Move section to Remoting guide

      In EJB development guide there is 1.6.4. Remote Access to EJBs but it doesn't really speak about EJBs almost at all. It's not talking about Security either, even though it is located under 1.6. EJB Application Security. It's only about JBoss Remoting. I think it should be moved somewhere into chapter 15. Configuring Remoting of the Configuration guide. Well, and also renamed, because it's not about EJBs.
