(7.4.z) Remove unneeded dependency in the httpcomponents on mime4j

    Description

      The org.apache.httpcomponents module has dependency on the org.apache.james.mime4j that is probably a relic.

      This assumption is based on https://github.com/apache/httpcomponents-client/blob/5ab391da9b9b91a6e11496d9d85ac8546be1b8a3/RELEASE_NOTES.txt#L2619

      We need to upgrade mime4j from 0.6 to 0.8.x, which is a backward incompatible version stream. For that we need to determine all usages of mime4j and eliminate the ones that are not needed.
