Messaging ActiveMQ server can't be created in web console

    Description

      When trying create new server in messaging subsystem the error appear [1] or the attachment. See [2] for more info about this error. It's really same issue but for webconsole where is not possible set security domain so it's not possible create any new server.

      Just adding info that this is regression from EAP 7.4 due to [2]
