Messaging ActiveMQ server can't be created in web console

      1. Run the EAP server  
        • bin/standalone.sh -c standalone-full-ha.xml
      1. Go to Configuration -> Messaging (ActiveMQ) -> Server or http://127.0.0.1:9990/console/index.html#configuration;path=configuration~subsystems!css~messaging-activemq!messaging-category~server
      2. Click on add server and fill the form with values
      3. After the form is fill click on add and error appear

      When trying create new server in messaging subsystem the error appear [1] or the attachment. See [2] for more info about this error. It's really same issue but for webconsole where is not possible set security domain so it's not possible create any new server.

      Just adding info that this is regression from EAP 7.4 due to [2]
