Helm Chart for EAP XP 3 is in tech preview.

It is mentioned in the EAP XP3 release notes but not something that is mentioned anywhere when the user uses them from OpenShift Dev Console.

We should provide a note in the description of the Helm Chart that is displayed in the console that the Helm Chart is tech preview.
