Helm Charts for EAP 7.4 are in tech preview.

It is mentioned in the EAP 7.4.1 release notes but not something that is mentioned anywhere when the user uses them from OpenShift Dev Console.

We should provide a note in the description of the Helm Chart that is displayed in the console that the Helm Chart is tech preview.
