The product docs for EAP 74 Beta [1] detail different commands than what is seen in standalone.sh

For instance, there's no case where

-Xlog:gc*:file=\"$JBOSS_LOG_DIR/gc.log\":time,uptimemillis:filecount=5,filesize=3M"

is documented.
We could simplify that section by just providing the most common way to enable such feature as an example.
