(7.1.z) PKCS11 external store can use now externalPath as expected

Update documentation to fit to WFCORE-3458 fix.

Change will be related to [1]:

• remove Note "Due to a known issue with using externalPath for PKCS#11 keystores, location is used in the above command to specify the path to external storage. "
• also command above Note needs to change from using location to externalPath

Also table A.29 in [2] should no longer say to use location instead of externalPath for PKCS11
