    Description

      Add ability to change io-threads without a reload.

      This is followup of JBEAP-9183 where the scope was limited to task-core-threads/task-max-threads.

      Based on feedback from dlloyd@redhat.com adjusting io-threads without a restart would require a complete XNIO rewrite so it's unlikely to happen anytime soon.
