Major m2e-apt is being rebuilt (https://hudson.qa.jboss.com/hudson/view/DevStudio/view/m2eclipse-wtp/job/m2e-apt/) to fix JBIDE-12087.
This will require the new build to be picked up in the JBDS installer as well as the JBT target platform (extras)
