Investigate potential scope of JBCS product name change in doc

This ticket covers initial investigation work to determine the potential scope of the changes required to update the JBCS product name in the following guides:

• Apache HTTP Server Installation Guide
• Apache HTTP Server Connectors and Load Balancing Guide
• Red Hat JBoss Core Services ModSecurity Guide
• Red Hat JBoss Web Server Installation Guide

The plan is to change the JBCS product name as follows:

• "Red Hat JBoss Core Services" is changing to "Red Hat JBoss Core Services Collection"
• "JBoss Core Services" is changing to "JBoss Core Services Collection"
• In section headings that don't start with the product name, prefix the product name with "the".
• In general text, prefix the product name with "The" or "the".
• In general text replace and reword any occurrences of the "JBCS" acronym with "the JBoss Core Services Collection".
