Epic to cover documentation work for JBCS product name change

This ticket is a placeholder to cover work on updating the JBCS and JWS product documentation to reflect the following JBCS product name changes.

The plan is to change the JBCS product name as follows:

• "Red Hat JBoss Core Services" is changing to "Red Hat JBoss Core Services Collection"
• "JBoss Core Services" is changing to "JBoss Core Services Collection"
• In section headings that don't start with the product name, prefix the product name with "the".
• In general text, prefix the product name with "The" or "the".
• In general text replace and reword any occurrences of the "JBCS" acronym with "the JBoss Core Services Collection".
