PooledInvokerHA is not pooling anything

      The change introduced in JBAS-2055 has essentially broken the pooling behavior of the PooledInvokerProxy because each create results in a new PooledInvokerProxy with a seperate connection pool.

        There are no Sub-Tasks for this issue.
