Convert the session replication cache to FD from FD_SOCK

    Description

      Given the FD_SOCK problem discussed in JGRP-195, we will convert the failure detection method used for the session replication cache to FD.

      FD is also what is used in cluster-service.xml, so having them be consistent is a plus.
