ISPN-14974 introduced a list of categories to the TracingConfiguration, however this attribute is initalized in such a way that the serializer thinks that the user has explicitly provided a configuration, resulting in the default configuration always being serialized. We should update the code so that the value is only serialized if the user has explicitly provided a configuration.
