This is basically the main follow up of ISPN-13725.
We want to configure the tracing on a cache basis.
We want to introduce other kinds of spans (query, security, cross site!, ... see ISPN-13725 description).
We want to enable/disable tracing filtering by those kinds at runtime on a cache basis.

Update:
I'm rethinking the idea to scope the configuration per cache basis. Since the `metrics` configuration is global, maybe it would be better to start scoping the `tracing` configuration globally and in case we could introduce a per-cache `tracing` only if we realize that we really need it. I don’t know what you think of it.
