Several executor services are not configurable out of the box, which could complicate AS7 management.

For example:

RehashExecutor (BaseStateTransferManagerImpl, see ~~ISPN-1194~~)
LockBreakingService (in TransactionTable)
CoalescedAsyncStore (in AsyncStore)
