In order to add protobuf indexing annotations, we currently need to wrap them within a @ProtoDoc annotation, which reduces usability.

IPROTO-232 enhances Protostream so that it can "copy" annotations from the POJO to the .proto as well as supporting unqualified and qualified names.

We need to modify the annotation-handling code in the server query module so that it supports these features.
