      Currently, ProtoStream requires wrapping annotations that need to be copied over to the generated `.proto` files within the `@ProtoDoc` annotation. This prevents annotations being validated at compile time and prevents IDE completion which decreases usability.

      We should just copy any non-protostream annotations directly, stripping away the package name.
