      Main JIRA to split into multiple subtasks:

      • Make state transfer non-blocking.
      • Remove allocations related to LocalInvocation.newInstanceFromCache(). Use XSiteStateConsumer directly
      • Split ClusteredCacheBackupReceiver in: Pessimitic, Optimistic and NonTx implementations
      • Remove cache.getStatus() and use the start() and stop() methods
