In the past we tried to hide and conflate conditions from HCP in the HC. I think this might be a mistake. We probably want to be as granular as possible in HC and let the abstraction emerge organically with time based consumers feedback

Then I'll clean up variable names, messages and reasons.

So eventually the t2o screenshots looks more consistent.
