Overview
During provisioning / lifecycling an OpenShift cluster with OpenShift, different errors especially infrastructure related may arise (e.g., quota limits, orphaned resources,...).

The goal of this Epic is to make sure there is a pattern for surfacing those conditions up and to triage existing issue that were observed to demonstrate how the status reflected condition would work.
