      Overview 

       

      Today, HyperShift provides a set of conditions that aim to convey the state of the cluster, its control-plane, and nodes at any given point in time.  

      The current set of conditions is not enough, nor are they descriptive of what they want to convey. 

      Goal

      Provide and expose all UX (API, CLI, UI) knobs to inform the user of the cluster state at any given point in time. Furthermore, signal when a cluster is not ready for an upgrade.
