Epic Goal

The goal of this epic is to incorporate KubeVirt into downstream testing for other providers in HyperShift and contribute the necessary configuration for the OpenShift Virt provider. This includes identifying the current locations of downstream testing for other providers within HyperShift and determining the required steps to integrate KubeVirt as a HyperShift provider in the current testing setup.

DEV: Downstream build is attached to the advisory for the OpenShift Virt provider configuration changes.
QE: Test plans in Polarion cover downstream testing scenarios with KubeVirt integration.
QE: Automated tests related to downstream testing with KubeVirt integration are merged successfully.
