We need test cases added to the OCP conformance test suite that exercise invoking a live migration of a KubeVirt VM that is acting as a OCP node in a HyperShift/KubeVirt guest cluster.

The OCP conformance test suite already has knowledge of both the Guest Cluster and Infra cluster kubeconfigs. So it is possible to execute a live migration of a VM in the infra cluster while also validating network connectivity within the guest cluster during live migration.

This test case needs to work similar in concept to the test cases introduced into ovn-k upstream [1]. Where a live migration is invoked, and tcprobe is used to validate network connections to the guest node remain active during and after live migration.

For reference, we already have some KubeVirt platform specific tests within the ocp conformance tests here [2]. These tests were introduced by this PR [3].
