When we build network installers we leave an efiboot.img lying around inside the ISO images directory. This efiboot.img is (as far as I can tell) not necessary, it is passed to xorrisofs only.

Let's create it elsewhere so it doesn't get into the ISO itself (slightly increasing its size).
