Determine the changes needed to merge the patchman-ui codebase into the content-sources-frontend repository, considering the CI/CD changes (quay, konflux, tests), package manager migration (npm to yarn), whether we can and should remove babel, and how much redux remains.

This would involve reaching out to folks (forum-consoledot-ui could be a good place to start) and documenting the changes as they are discovered.

If it seems doable and worth the effort, create an epic and corresponding tasks needed to merge the repositories.
