In osbuild-composer, when building an image through the cloud API (CRC) with openscap customizations, we also embed an RHSM fact with the profile and policy IDs. This is done by setting the facts on the image options.

If we move this logic into images, creating the RHSM facts automatically whenever OpenSCAP options are added to a blueprint, we would have this feature enabled across all footprints. It would also save us from needing to implement the same or similar logic for generating manifests using image-builder-cli.
