migrate IQE test

Test expired snapshot automated cleanup is working.
i.e. there are no snapshots for RHEL or EPEL that are older than 91 days for stage, 366 for prod.

Run this against persistent user account.
Put this in the Integration project (fe repo) because it will be easier to get the user credential you need.
