Goal: 

• add integration test that tests that RHEL 8/9 modules have lifecycle dates via the rpm search apis (repo and snapshot)
  • use include_package_sources

Acceptance Criteria:

• Integration test written and running in stage and prod ([dvagner]: don't worry about prod for now, that will be enabled for all integration tests at once)
• For RHEL 9, check nodejs has a 'package' type stream and module streams
  • verify that both have correct dates
