Goal:

In order to present lifecycle information to the user as part of building an image, the Repositories application needs to return lifecycle information alongside package search.

In addition, package search should return application streams that are package-only streams

The lifecycle api (with an addition) can help us facilitate both of these :  https://console.stage.redhat.com/api/roadmap/v1/openapi.json

Acceptance Criteria:

• Package search returns lifecycle information as part of module streams
• Package search returns lifecycle information for 'package' streams
• Package search returns both types of application streams (package & module) for the same package name when applicable (such as nodejs).
