Goal: 

• Edge API should be able to determine where the current Image/commit is stored (AWS or Pulp) and store the new version accordingly

Acceptance Criteria:

• A system updating from a repo/commit stored in AWS, should successfully update to the new commit
• A system updating from a repo/commit stored in Pulp, should successfully update to that commit
