Goal:

• Edge API now manages a single repo across multiple Image versions (commits) via Pulp (replacing the current repo per image version methodology)

Acceptance Criteria:

• New commits are updated to the original tree
• New commits are accessible by commit hash
• (NOT A REQUIREMENT FOR PARITY, but should be a byproduct of the move to Pulp) A system can be enabled to auto-update when the repo is updated with a new commit
