Background: 

As a final step of the import feature, we should prefill the blueprints Wizard with values loaded from the json file. We should reuse the wizard for creating blueprints.

Goals:

• Reuse values from the imported file (HMS-3688)
• Prefill all the values from the JSON file into the Wizard
• Name + Description should be empty (unless HMS-3689 is solved)
• Lead users to the first step of the Wizard to force them click through the values and check them.
