Background: 

Currently, our goal is to provide a way for users to import their blueprints from a json file. This should be done in a dialogue window where the user would choose the file.

Goals:

• Create a modal based on the UI/UX mockups to import a file.
• The Review and finish button functionality is not part of this PR.
