Manually partitioning an AWS in Image Builder can cause confusion and user pain when the image partitions are intended to be expanded past the initial partition sizing.

The result is a situation an image that used LVM  cannot use cloud init  to extend the  volumes though it is implied in the cli.

Suggestion - For any block volume environment, if a User selects custom partitioning - warn them of the difficulty with extending after the fact and suggest using automatic.
