Goal:

Implement an Insights Task that will allow users to execute a conversion of CentOS Linux 7 systems registered to Insights to RHEL 7.

Acceptance criteria:

• The Conversion Task is similar to the MVP Pre-conversion analysis Task (HMS-1925)
• There's no post-conversion report to parse, but the conversion also includes running the pre-conversion analysis, and if the analysis finds an inhibitor, then a pre-conversion report is generated and needs to be printed in the same way as for the Pre-conversion analysis task
• No user input (checkboxes, string input fields, etc.) in the first iteration (for GA)
• No automatic restart of the converted host
  • with the information that the conversion has finished successfully, the user is instructed to restart the system to boot into the RHEL kernel
• Stretch goal: The list of systems that were selected for the analysis is copied over to the conversion task so that the user does not need to select all of them again.
