Systems managed by satellite should have a "managed by satellite" label in the template column and two alerts in it's detail.
They also shouldn't be able to be added to a template, shouldn't be selectable in the assign systems to template modal.

1. Prepare or find a system archive for a managed by satellite system and add it to the Playwright helpers (test-utils - data && systems fixture)
2. Write test verifying the expected behaviour.
