For our builds in Koji `image-builder` should support a `--with-rpmlist` style output; that outputs in the rpmlist format that koji expects. To see what this format contains and looks like one can take a look at kiwiBuild tasks and/or the kiwi plugin that's contained within koji, or at our previous implementation in the service.
