      Epic Goal

      • Ensure Hive has implemented CI and QE for IPv6 dual-stack capability and support.
        • Identify gaps in OpenShift Hive where IPv6 dual-stack readiness is missing or incomplete.
        • Identify gaps that can be resolved in 4.20 planning and create associated Jira epics.
        • Enhanced documentation specifying which features of OpenShift components do not support, have partial support, or fully support IPv6 dual-stack for each possible installation configuration, to include:
          • OpenShift release version
          • Platform/Provider (including managed platforms), initial focus is the cloud providers starting with AWS and Azure for OpenShift 4.22. GCP to follow soon after.
Post Completion Review – Actual Results

Increased IPv6 dual-stack readiness at OpenShift 4.20, and staged planning/roadmaps to complete readiness in CY2026.
