A bug was discovered where removed labels/taints of MachinePools were not removed from MachineSets. Hive should be syncing down to the machineset and removing the labels/taints.

For example:

• MachinePool has label: "test1: value1" --> gets synced down to machinesets
• MachinePool has the label removed --> the machinesets still have "test1: value1"
