Return charts from a given repository only

    Description

      Right now, UI does not have a possibility to request charts only from a given repository.

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. Given that the cluster contains HelmChartRepository instance named foo
      2. endpoint /api/helm/charts/foo/index.yaml should return charts available in the repository foo
