In user settings, allow Save only when the content of the input changes

      I went to the user settings screen, didn't change anything, clicked on save and got a success feedback.

      I went to the user settings screen, didn't change anything, clicked on save and got a success feedback.

      The button Save needs to be initially disabled. If some change is made in the input, then it should be activated (perhaps only if there is no validation of error).
      Also, after saving, the button needs to be disabled again.
