Download WildFly 10 master from JBoss Jenkins (this bug was introduced in 2.8.14 or 2.8.15). I downloaded this build: https://ci.jboss.org/hudson/job/WildFly-latest-master/2103/

Start it in domain mode

Start some server and modify an attribute that requires reloading. For example, enable Development mode in Weld subsystem.

An alert advertises you a configuration reload is required. Click on "Reload servers(s) now!"

Description

The user is encouraged to reload configuration. This box redirects you to the runtime page, but whith a broken layout. You have to refresh the page (control+f5) to get it working again.
